Voyage of the Woodhouse

In 1657, Robert Fowler, a Yorkshire master mariner was building a ship for his own use. However, an inner voice told him that the ship was to have a special purpose. As the panel explains, he took 11 Quakers on an eventful two-month journey to New England. Look for the ghostly modern day New York skyscrapers towering above the Long Island houses of his time.
