How much time will we need for our group visit?

To make the most of your visit, please allow your group at least one and a half hours to enjoy the exhibition. We recommend staying longer to enjoy the other displays, building, Peace Garden and cafe

As well as the many panels of embroidery, visitors can enjoy additional displays, large screen films and interactive features, and use our free multi lingual audio guides to enhance their visit.

Gift Shop

We have a wide range of gifts in our shop, to suit all ages, interests and budgets. Choose a memento of your visit, take your embroidery to the next level with books and kits, or purchase the perfect gift for family and friends.

We offer a warm welcome to everyone

Accessible for all

The Quaker Tapestry Museum is professionally designed with facilities for all. We have step-free access via the Stramongate entrance to the building and the Museum area, including the shop and cafe, is easily accessible to wheelchair users. “We were entranced not only by the Tapestry panels and the social history on display but also by the ambience of the Meeting House, the interpretation and information made available to us. It is a very good memory for us.”
