These beautifully embroidered and hand-painted brooches have landed in our gift shop and online. They closely resemble real Butterflies and form part of a collection of eight British Butterfly brooches.

The lifelike detailed craftsmanship of these three-dimensional pieces make them look as if they have gently landed on you.  An eye catching statement piece worn on a lapel, scarf, pashmina, hat or adorn your home with them on a lampshade, voile curtain or cushion. These could be worn to compliment (or instead of) flowers on lapels at a wedding or attached to wrist corsages.

Handmade in England from embroidered and hand-painted textiles with wire antennae.

Each Butterfly measures roughly 9cm x 6cm. Presented in a 9cm square gift box with information about the butterfly and the artist on the reverse.

Due to the hand-crafted nature of the brooch, some very slight variations in size or colour may occur.

The eight British Butterflies that are available…
