Our promise is to provide high quality products to you, and we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If you decide you do not want your item, or if you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase/delivery to qualify for a refund. The value of the item (excluding any delivery charges) will be refunded in the same way that you purchased.
We are unable to refund items which are in an unsaleable condition, this means they have been used/tampered with or have damaged packaging.
We are unable to refund places on workshops, custom made items like our Photographic Prints, fabric cut to size and postage for items that are not faulty.
Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage when you send your goods back, or use a service that tracks delivery. We cannot process refunds for items lost during transit.
