Volunteering at the Quaker Tapestry
Our volunteers are vital to the success of the Quaker Tapestry, giving many hours of their time,commitment, expertise and dedication each year. Volunteers help us in many different ways and without them we would be unable to provide the superb service that visitors enjoy so much. Many other activities would suffer too if we did not have volunteers at the ready to help us with almost every aspect of our work.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in volunteering for us in any capacity. We can provide accommodation for visiting volunteers who wish to stay for one or two weeks in our self contained cottage flat. We are particularly keen to hear from volunteers in the South Lakeland area who can help in the Exhibition Centre, office or Cafe, as well as from volunteers across the UK, who would be particularly interested in giving talks about the Quaker Tapestry to interested groups.
