These are Chenelle needles Size 18/24 and are very useful for Crewel embroidery because they have a sharp point and a large eye.
The Aqua Pen or water erasable pen is very useful for adding guidelines to your embroidery. We use it for completing the lowercase lettering on the woollen fabric. To remove any traces of the pen use a barely damp tissue.

The textile transfer pencil is used in the Quaker Tapestry to transfer the design onto the calico backing cloth. If you are purchasing one of our embroidery kits the pencil will be included already.

A small hook at the end of the blade allows you to lift the stitch away from the backing fabric before you snip it off. The essential tool for all those unpicking problems.
